We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **VP, Wholesale Client and Account Servicing.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Achieve cost savings for the Bank through elimination of non-value added activities, standardizations and automation. Centralize non sales work to WCAS
- Manage operations and ensure zero operational losses/ incident
- Contribute ideas on new products and system interface requirements and ensure these are developed in parallel with maximum operational efficiency
- Ensures that Service Level Agreements agreed with the businesses are met consistently by the teams onshore and offshore
- Act as Process Manager to business counterparts to cater for their requirements
- Proactively participate in key personnel development through personalized development action plan, identified in place for every direct report
- Develop multi skilled task force to support cross team function
- Maintaining internal control standards of the bank, including the timely implementation of internal and external audits points together with any issues raised by external regulators
- Foster a compliance culture and implement Group Compliance Policy by ensuring adequate compliance resources are in place and training is provided, and optimizing relations with regulators
Requirements
**Requirements**:
- Degree with experience in managerial position
- Experience in managing a team, good interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of operational processes, a strong analytical mind and related regulations is required
- Leadership skills, with ability to build rapport with and relate to and effectively develop a wide range of people
- Evidence of good analytical, statistical and data mining skills to study trends, and the ability to make projections and to interpret numeric information
- Experience in a supervisory role, with exposure to appraisals, counselling, team building, staff development
- Production management skills and initiate process improvements
