DESIGNATION : Care Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living like feeding, showering, toileting, elimination and transfer of clients.
- Active participation and assist to carry out individual care plans of clients assigned as in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Conduct individual and small group activities as planned by clinicians or supervisor.
- Assist in meeting diet requirements of clients and meals setup for clients and assist in safe preparation of food (example cutting, blending, reheating).
- Assist clinicians in care of clients like vital signs monitoring and reminder of medications when requires.
- Escorting clients between centre and other destinations with or without transport.
- Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of the premises including equipment, furniture and tools when requires.
- Proper documentation and safekeeping of centre records.
- Assist with basic housekeeping duties such as cleaning and clearing of body discharges and waste disposal.
- Adherence to audits, centre policies and trainings.
- Provides cross coverage to colleagues or deployment to other centre/s when need arises.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Min. WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or relevant certification in Healthcare
- Min. 1 year experience in healthcare will be advantageous.
- Experience in working with elderly settings will be advantageous
- Willing to work staggered shifts according to centre operating hours
