**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

Homage is hiring a Customer Support Finance Associate who will be responsible for reconciling customer/care professional's enquiries on invoice, payout and other related questions.

The Customer Support Finance Associate is expected to manage the enquiries tickets and ensure SLA is not breached. This includes the timely checking of the enquiries, investigating the causes, works closely with Live Operations Department, Finance Department, Customer Support Department to ensure that the related enquiries can be resolved according to company protocols. As there are many enquiries, the associate is expected to check the tickets on a daily basis and frequently throughout the day. The associate should familiarise him/herself on the different platform used to perform his/her task well including and not limited to Zendesk, Hubspot, Gsheets, Xero and Slack.

The Customer Support Finance Associate will report to the Customer Support Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Daily checking and resolution of Zendesk enquiries
- Ensure the SLA are not breached
- Ensure that company protocols are administered accordingly
- Resolving of tickets involving
- Refunds
- Issuing of invoices for insurance claims
- Issuing/amendments of invoices to Care Owners
- Issuing/amendments of credit notes
- Waiver of charges (for both Care Professionals and Customer)
- Verification of payments
- Package extension
- Advising other departments on best practices related to fiscal procedures.
- Managing account records, and handling payments.
- Collaborating with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies.
- Analysing financial data and assisting with audits.
- Updating financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data.
- Reviewing existing customer support finance policies and procedures to ensure business continuity and continuous improvement.
- Providing assistance with payout administration.
- Keeping records and documenting financial processes.
- Any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in finance, accounting, or in a related field.
- At least 6 months experience working as a finance associate.
- Experience in integrated financial management software, such as Xero.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Superb organizational and time-management skills.
