DESIGNATION : Associate, Admin
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Associate, Admin is responsible for administrative matters at the centre. He/She will support the Director.
**Responsibilities**:
- To assist Directors and programmes in finance matters
- To assist the centre in consolidation and reporting of KPI
- To support the department in maintenance of the centre
- To maintain staff movement and training records
- To maintain a proper filing and records system
- Any other ad-hoc duties as may be required
QUALIFICATIONS
1) Diploma in any discipline
2) Previous experience in office administration is advantageous
