Proteona, a Singleron Biotechnologies company, is an international clinical research services company in Singapore. We are looking for a HR and Admin Associate who can help support the company's growth and team expansion.
HR Responsibilities
- Manage the staffing process, including but not limited to reviewing job descriptions, online job postings, recruiting, shortlisting, reference checks, offers, hiring, insurance, onboarding and payroll processing
- Manage contract signing, renewals, promotions, exits, and other employee movements
- Monitor recruitment timeline and report key metrics to management
- Ensure company HR policies and practices are up-to-date and compliant with Singapore regulations
- Ensure that the company compensation strategy is up-to-date and competitive
- Develop and implement training materials and performance review programs to help keep employees engaged and motivated
- Communicating key policies to employees
- Responding to employee inquiries on HR matters
- Organizing team building activities
- Coordinate with other Singleron Biotechnologies offices for group company-related HR matters and policies
Admin responsibilities
- Liaising with office maintenance contractors such as office cleaners
- Serve as the point of contact with office landlord and building manager
- Generate monthly inventory reports
- Monitor and maintain office equipment. Monitor and order office and pantry supplies
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Degree or diploma in HR or business management or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Willingness and ability to learn HR/payroll processing software tools. Experience in payroll processing preferred
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software and ability to consolidate information into reports
- Familiarity with Singapore HR laws and regulations
- Good command of English (written and spoken). Mandarin language skills are a plus
- Ability to build relationships with and communicate effectively with various team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized
- Strong attention to details
