As our global presence expands, we are looking for talented and ambitious individuals who can adapt and improvise as our business reaches new levels.
We are seeking an experienced and capable PA/Executive Assistant for our Singapore office, who would work in tandem with our CEO in a range of roles.
As PA/EA, your responsibilities would include:
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, and other staff when required
- Maintaining the CEO’s calendar of important meetings, hotel and flight bookings, client dinners tasks and deadlines in both professional and personal capacities
- Processing documentation for senior staff
- Handling some communications for the CEO
- Supporting our teams around the world by managing complex paperwork and co-ordinating video calls, meetings and correspondence
- Managing office operations including office supplies, equipment, vendors, facilities management
- Other duties that may crop up
- Working variable hours but not necessarily in the office

**Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree in any field
- Fluency in English, written and verbal
- Fluency in second language preferred but not essential
- Minimum 5 years administrative experience
- Excellent MS Office, Powerpoint and general digital experience
- Independent, resourceful and well organised
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
