SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist

**About the Role**

As VK Transformation SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in working with the consultants and team to steer the strategic direction and execution of our agency’s SEO and performance marketing efforts ie. paid media, paid social and SEO. Keen interest in understanding user’s digital journey and analysing data to draw business insights from complex data, design SEO and performance marketing strategy and execute digital marketing campaigns. There will be opportunities for him or her to work on different projects and enjoy the excitement of analytical problem-solving, critical thinking & innovation across the Asia Pacific region.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to generate actionable recommendations and improvements for VK Transformation & clients..
- Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to optimise the website and increase its visibility, rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
- Assist in SEO content growth in the areas of research, planning, and publishing.
- Assist in troubleshooting SEO problems and execute optimisation plans to resolve issues
- Collaborate with content, web developer and graphic design teams to implement SEO strategies and ensure SEO best practices are observed in VK Transformation via SEO Playbook
- Stay on top of news and trends about the consumers and specific industries in Singapore & South East Asia region
- Keeping updated on white hat and black hat SEO strategies to stay within search engine guidelines.
- Execute and manage digital performance marketing campaigns for Google Search, Display Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, online marketplaces and other digital marketing platforms to support growth for VK Transformation and our clients to drive conversions.
- Manage end-to-end process of campaign creation, including the setting up of ad sets, audience targeting, ad copies, creative review and bid adjustments.
- Continue to review campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimize overall spend and performance
- Launch and track the implementation of A/B tests campaigns.
- Identify digital marketing trends and insights, and keep abreast of new social media or web technologies. Experiment with these new technologies for digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify key metrics that will drive conversions, track results and analytics, problem-solving and provide strategic suggestions.
- Performance marketing data and customer data analysis to uncover opportunities. Develop customer centric dashboards for effective communication to the clients for ease of decision making.

**Requirements**:

- Possesses relevant Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business, Marketing, Math or Economics, or any other relevant disciplines.
- Possesses more than 3 years of digital marketing experience
- Experience in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads
- Analytical and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel)
- You’re interested in consulting and/or digital marketing agency
- Creative and enjoys coming up with new ideas and strategies, able to think strategically, shows initiative, detail-oriented and conscientious, pro-active
- An affinity for analysing data and making good observations from numbers and reports
- Highly committed and have a proactive, can-do attitude and team player
- Able to work independently, efficient, fast, responsible, trustworthy and able to follow through well to meet timelines.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, with a genuine interest in making a difference

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
