**Who we are**:
Mantle Network is a high-performance Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) modular L2 network incubated by the BitDAO community. Mantle Network’s modular rollup architecture separates transaction execution, data availability, and transaction finality. As the first L2 network partner for restaking protocol EigenLayer, Mantle Network directly inherits security from Ethereum while offering high performance at low fees.

**Your Role**:

- Source and review for the right KOLs/influencers match for each campaign of Mantle.
- Onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with KOLs.
- Define creative strategy for branded content, draft creative briefs and negotiate influencer/KOL deliverable agreements.
- Produce and quality control branded content with influencers/KOLs to support milestone events (product launches, major marketing moments, etc.)
- Establish and well maintain long term relationships with valuable KOLs.
- Report on the impact of influencer/KOL marketing activity, provide insights into and POV on the most effective ways to measure individual channels.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Mantle Ecosystem to conduct KOL marketing activities to support business growth.
- Work with social media and business partners to identify new opportunities in KOL marketing field for Mantle, such as content co-creation, AMAs, etc.

**Your Craft**:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related discipline, and 3+ years of experience in KOL marketing specifically.
- General understanding of the crypto and blockchain space. Extensive network with Web3 KOLs with good account management skills will be a plus.
- Motivated doer, self-starter, responsive team collaborator with a passion for all things crypto.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other language such as Russian, Korean or Mandarin will be a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high levels of accuracy with strong attention to details.
- A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or an equivalent field
- Position can be remote.
