You will work with the founders, Ivy League and Oxbridge graduates and other high-performing teammates.Job DutiesHandle tuition and university application enquiries from Indonesia, present our programmes, and match appropriate tutors and mentors.Generate leads through marketing and networking on social media platformsDevelop and implement effective sales strategiesCollaborate with tutors to design and market niche education courses and curriculumDesign marketing materials (Emails, Webinars, Posters, Social Media, Brochures etc.)Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our services and build relationships with potential clientsConduct sales presentations/webinars to potential clients, including online and in-person meetingsClose deals to drive enrollment in our academic programsCollaborate with relevant stakeholders and partners, manage external agencies/partners and clients to boost salesRecruit and Handle VIP Indonesian High-Networth students and parents on an academic butler basisJob RequirementsPreferably >2 years experience in related industriesGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong research and analytical skillsKeen eye for detailGood attitude to learn and improveStrong time management and organisation skillsTask oriented, conscientious in task documentationStrong sense of responsibility in fulfilling tasks well and in accordance with deadlinesAbility to work independently and as a teamKnowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Notion, Airtable, Photoshop, Video-editing (Capcut) to do short form videosExcellent verbal and written communication in English (Command of Chinese, Korean and Japanese are welcomed as well) as we have Chinese, Korean and Japanese customers whom prefer conversations in their native languages.Knowledge of Canvas, Chatgpt, Tik-Tok, Instagram, Google Ad, Google ReviewBasic Knowledge of University Admissions in the US/UK/Singapore/Australia/Hong Kong/ChinaWhat You'll LearnAnalytical skills-You'll learn to analyse the latest market trends and conduct consumer research-You'll be able to determine areas of opportunities or improvement of our brand's product/serviceDevelop your communication skills and handle enquiries of high net worth parents from an international clienteleCoordinate with specialists and conduct briefings and trainingBuild your leadership skillsOversee brand strategies and activitiesLead the creative development of brand strategiesTake ownership and ensure that brand activities align consistently with the company's mission and visionAdditional DetailsWorking Hours: 10am-7pm, Monday to Friday, RemoteSalary: SGD $ per month.
