**Key responsibilities**:

- Management and development of meaningful and fulfilling relationships with clients and vendors for the continued goodwill development of the Company
- Managing client accounts by assessing and fulfilling client expectations and needs and delivering work required
- Motivating and activating colleagues and partners to ensure fulfilment of tasks in a timely manner
- Follow up and liaison with clients, partners and colleagues to ensure that their needs are met and you receive the satisfaction of delivering great work in time
- Reporting to managers and clients with timely reports and analytical information for ongoing improvements towards excellence

**Requirements**:

- Basic degree in any discipline (Business/communications preferred)
- EXCELLENT spoken and written English, intermediate Mandarin a plus
- At least 2 years of working experience (agency work experience a plus)
- A passion to help businesses grow through excellent marketing
- A natural curiosity
- High aptitude and desire for learning
- Meticulousness and perfectionist tendencies
