Be it Industrial or commercial, automation with connectivity has a huge impact on evolving sectors including HealthTech, Industry 4.0, Satellite, Defense/Military, 5G, and Smart cities. These are prone to cyberattacks due to various limitations in computation, bandwidth, and advances in Quantum computing.

MicroSec Singapore is seeking a driven, passionate, and all-rounded dynamic individual to join our team and drive B2B growth in the enterprise and industrial sectors.

**Who you are**
- You have at least 3 years of experience in driving B2B enterprise and industrial marketing campaigns.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in field marketing based on targeted account maps.
- Experienced in managing quarterly and annual lead, pipeline, and revenue goals for a region.
- Proficient in copywriting, presentations, thought leadership, journalism, and writing.
- A self-starter with strong project management capabilities, able to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies, and risk factors.
- Proactively interact with various levels of stakeholders and make recommendations and decisions based on data and insights.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team, with experience in managing people and vendors.
- Experienced in using HubSpot and Salesforce to develop and track marketing campaigns and results.
- Skills in graphic design, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., are a plus.

**What you’ll do**
- Develop, manage, and execute the regional marketing plans to achieve company marketing pipeline and revenue goals.
- Create strategic marketing plans and implement programs that drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty within regional targeted accounts. Programs include MicroSec-led events, third-party event sponsorships, executive events, virtual experiences, hands-on workshops, user group forums, learn-n-learns, briefings, and more.
- Work closely with MicroSec sales, partners, and other marketing functions to grow the sales pipeline.
- Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral, such as creating social media posts.
- Project manage all aspects of virtual and in-person events from concept to promotion to execution and follow-up.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
