Team Introduction
The Supply Chain and Logistics team at Bytedance is dedicated to supporting enterprises and various business lines, striving to enhance supply chain and logistics efficiency, achieve cost-effectiveness, and ultimately drive business success. Our core focus and capabilities encompass a wide range of services, including domestic and regional supply chain solutions, global supply chain network layout, digitization of supply chain systems, data analysis, planning, automatic replenishment management, health inventory management, logistics operations, global warehouse network layout, cross-border supply chain delivery and operations, as well as customs and international trade compliance, among others.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategy and S&OP**: deeply understanding of global international transaction compliance and cross-border customs compliance at various customs ports around the world, formulate international transaction and customs operation strategies and S&OP for countries. In charge of international transactions and customs compliance involving enterprises;
**2. Daily operation**: Work closely with global cross-border logistics, financial and tax laws, corporate internal control compliance and external partners, responsible for daily international transaction consulting /designing and customs clearance operations, actively solving customs ToB ToC import and export abnormal problems;
**3. Sourcing and vendor management**: Responsible for vendor onboarding and management

**4. Digitalizing**: Responsible for the system and data analyst capabilities built-up;
**5. Relationship management**: Expand, establish and maintain good relations between the company and relevant regulatory departments such as customs, and promote cooperation between government and enterprises.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in related majors such as international trade, customs international affairs, international logistics, logistics and customs clearance supervision, familiar with and practical experience in global bulk and cross-border e-commerce customs special supervision business models;
2. Familiar with international transactions, foreign exchange management, customs operations, general cargo and sensitive commodities, global cross-border transactions and customs operations and tax policies, with experience in international transactions and customs operations not limited to China exporting /importing, but other regions, such as AMS,EMEA,APAC;
3. Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, result-oriented, and data-oriented. Ability to handle affairs independently and cooperate with cross-function networks;
4. Can accept irregular global business trips.
