Roles & Responsibilities Trade Compliance Specialist (1 year contract) 1. Regional Trade Compliance Support  Monitor APAC countries’ import/export activities to ensure adherence to company policies and trade regulations.  Consolidate and review compliance-related data and reports from country operations.  Support regional HS classification maintenance, including updates and validation projects.  Assist with the preparation of regional metrics, dashboards, and compliance KPIs.  Support saving opportunities project. 2. Regulatory Research & Guidance  Research regulatory updates and maintain an up-to-date repository of APAC customs and trade compliance requirements.  Provide guidance to country SCM and Customer Service teams on compliance questions, escalating complex issues to the Manager.  Support the preparation and review of FTA documentation and other trade agreement compliance activities. 3. Audit & Process Improvement  Assist in planning and execution of internal trade compliance audits across APAC countries.  Track and follow up on audit findings and corrective action plans.  Participate in projects to standardize and improve trade compliance processes across the region. 4. Training & Awareness  Support development of training materials and facilitate knowledge sharing across country teams.  Promote compliance culture through regular communication and updates. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)  3–5 years of experience in trade compliance, customs, or supply chain compliance in a regional or multicountry environment  Strong understanding of HS classification, FTA rules of origin, and import/export regulatory frameworks in APAC  Proficiency with MS Office/Teams; SAP knowledge a plus  Strong analytical and data management skills  Effective communicator, able to work cross-functionally across multiple countries  Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Tell employers what skills you have CommodityManagement SkillsMicrosoft ExcelInternational BusinessProcess ImprovementData ManagementSupply ChainSAPComplianceTrade ComplianceAuditsMicrosoft WordRegulatory RequirementsCustomer ServiceAuditInternational Trade
