**YOUR ROLE**
- To support Misc Shipments UAT for ST AMK which is planned in 3Q 2024.
- To support collection and analysis of trade compliance attributes from GPO Suppliers in 2H 2024.
- To provide system solution for Global Trade System (GTS) on the followings:

- weekly reports on blocked Sales Order
- weekly End User Statement listing

5. To support the monthly reporting for the Intangible Transfer of Technology (ITT).

6. To support the Trade Compliance Manager on the daily reporting task and projects.
- Assist in the EUS processing, includes archival
- Assist in cleaning up and regularize the old GTS Orders/ ECCN Codes/ HS Codes in Global Trade System (GTS)
- Support processes and systems, business intelligence and reporting to meet Trade Compliance objectives.Contribute to define improvement programs, improvise existing automated reports and perform validation of automated report.

**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**
- Well versed in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel capabilities and functions including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, charts and dashboards to streamline the reports.
- Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite
- English business proficiency
