Accounts Assistant - to handle full set of accounts of several companies.Responsibilities
To handle full set of accounts for several companies.
Perform inter-company billings.
Management reporting.
Monthly bank reconciliations.
Monitor of Trade Debtors collections and Outstanding.
Closing of monthly/ quarterly/ yearly accounts.
Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Head of Department (HOD).
**Requirements**:
Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI, CAT or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred.
Meticulous and willing to learn.
Proficient in MS Office.
Willing to work at Bukit Timah on alternate Saturday.
