**Responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for all product developments from prototyping through to the finished product.
- You will manage the product creation process from initial concept through to commercialization and production for assigned models to lead to on-time delivery and development according to critical dates, product specification, and profitability goals.
- You will play a pivotal role in perfecting our products — from bringing design ideas to life, working cross-functionally with our internal departments as well as manufacturing partners to effectively execute product development goals and deliverables.
- You will track and facilitate sampling and prototyping for products; identify and address key issues and challenges in production/assembly and plan accordingly to deliver high-quality products.
- You will monitor and communicate progress and challenges throughout the production process to meet product integrity requirements.
- You will provide suggestions to improve our internal processes and systems for the entire production line
- You will troubleshoot production level samples and make suggestions to fix defects, improve mechanisms, and guarantee end-consumer satisfaction.
- You will identify complex risks/issues and provide recommendations for improvements (i.e.. product design, tooling, quality, etc.)
- You will track and manage workflow, ensuring deadlines are met and prioritizing workload for the team
- You will mentor Product Developers. In the execution of design and production-intent from initial development through mass production, as well as show them how to own and drive development, problem-solve and communicate effectively.
- You will analyze the bottleneck process and take action to solve problems.
- You will help the managers lead the development of improvements to product platforms & cost optimization.

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong understanding of toy/consumer/FMCG products, production, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Build a strong relationship and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Expert understanding of production calendar and the purpose and expectations of each key gate.
- Knowledge of how the supply chain works and the processes different functions go through during the product creation cycle.
- Must be a team player. Has excellent organizational and follow-up skills as well as the ability to work independently.
- Ability to coach and mentor teammates.
- Ability to draft clear and concise written communication.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to champion complex projects both cross-functionally and vertically within the organization.
- Knowledge of how the supply chain works and the process different functions go through during the product creation cycle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
