Joining our R&D Accessory development team, you will play a crucial role in elevating the overall design and user experience of our hardware accessories. You will collaborate closely with our hearing aid development team, ensure seamless user experience, and deliver high-quality accessories that cater to the unique needs of our customers.

As a **Senior User Experience Designer**, you will have the opportunity to shape the design of next-generation hearing products, including HA chargers and advanced wireless streaming devices, in close collaboration with a diverse cross-functional team of Hardware, Mechanical, and Firmware engineers, as well as project managers. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Conceptualization: Collaborating with engineers and product managers to conceptualize innovative hardware accessory products that meet the evolving needs of our users.
- Design Reviews: Leading design reviews and effectively communicating product design intentions through user stories, flowcharts, and prototypes.
- Prototyping: Creating physical and digital prototypes to facilitate end-user testing.
- Open Design Process: Promoting an open design process that encourages idea sharing, continuous improvement, and soliciting feedback from peers and users as part of the workflow.
- User Research: Coordinating user research efforts, including usability testing and customer interviews, to gain valuable insights and validate design decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Demonstrated 3-5 years of professional experience in UX design
- A design product portfolio that highlights your problem-solving skills and showcases your user-centric design approach.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment that thrives on collective growth.
