**The Job**
As a Project Manager, you will build and organise cross-functional teams to deliver quality products that express our company values and engage fandoms. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of a project from start to finish. You will also be responsible for ensuring your teams have a clear direction, efficient tools, and the most conducive environment to succeed together. You will report to the Senior Project Manager, and manage multiple teams of 10-15 people across disciplines like creative services, licensing, production, marketing, and sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with Product Owners to define project scope and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders, and ensure resulting objectives are communicated and documented clearly
- Build teams, to accomplish objectives, advise on staffing and team structure, and facilitate hiring when needed
- Ensure the cross-functional team is clear on project objectives, individual responsibilities, deliverables, and timeline
- Ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure your team is set up for success - the right skill sets, information, processes, tools, etc.
- Drive agile routines for assigned teams (Planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews and retrospectives, etc.)
- Facilitate change and risk management to ensure that options are clear and impact is understood by all involved parties, leading problem solving efforts and proposing solutions where needed
- Prepare status reports by gathering, analysing and presenting relevant information for various audiences, highlighting wins, challenges, and risks
- Define and optimize the project pipeline and operational tools, balancing consistency with other teams against autonomy to suit the team’s needs
- Proactively propose, implement, and evaluate process improvements
- Collaborate efficiently with stakeholders across disciplines and seniority levels
- Lead capacity planning to make recommendations for sustainable growth and development
- Monitor and maintain team morale, taking the lead in organizing team-building efforts
- Empower and coach your cross-functional team to perform at their best and exercise ownership
- Foster a healthy, collaborative working environment for a diverse and talented team
**Requirements**:

- 4-5 years’ experience in a Project Management role, ideally but not necessarily in consumer products
- Ability and passion to create clarity and organization out of chaos, with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of and experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
- Broad understanding of product development and manufacturing processes — conceptualization, design, sampling, prototyping, delivery
- Interest in art, urban culture and/or collectibles, combined with savvy in new technology
- Critical thinking and ability to drive discussions to discern root problems and find solutions
- Calm, collected, and resilient in the face of changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to details
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and confident manner with objective and audience in mind
- Charisma and interpersonal skills to bring individual together and build a high-functioning team
