Are you a creative thinker with a background in learning or instructional design? Do you love turning complex ideas into clear, engaging, and purposeful content? We’re looking for a **Content Strategist** to lead the development of digital learning materials that grab attention, hold interest, and support meaningful learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hook**: Craft strong openings - whether through bold statements, thought-provoking questions, or compelling video - that capture learners’ attention in the first few seconds.
- **Engage**: Design content flows and narratives that keep learners engaged and promote retention, using formats like storyboards, scripts, and interaction outlines.
- **Structure for Learning**: Break down complex educational concepts into bite-sized, accessible content that aligns with defined learning outcomes.

**. Collaborate**: Work closely with content designers / editors to ensure learning outcomes are supported visually and narratively.
- **What We are Looking For**:

- Strong writing and editing skills for digital formats (e.g., video scripts, slideshow narration, module outlines)
- Proven experience in learning design, instructional design, or curriculum development
- Comfortable developing storyboards and working with cross-functional creative teams
- Familiarity with creating or guiding content for videos, infographics, slides, or e-learning
- Strong communicator who can balance creativity with structure and alignment to goals
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless content execution and alignment with overall business goals.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience with tools like Articulate Storyline
- Understanding of interactive slideshow/video editing workflows
- Experience in education, e-learning, or curriculum-based projects
- Ability to suggest fresh formats, hooks, or engagement strategies when needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Freelance

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
