Care is a healthcare technology company based in Singapore, focused on delivering digital solutions that elevate the healthcare experience. We’re dedicated to building products that make healthcare more accessible and user-friendly, including our flagship Raffles Connect App developed in partnership with Raffles Medical Group. Our team is driven to create an ecosystem where technology, healthcare and community come together seamlessly.
**Position Overview**
As a content strategist, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand narrative, crafting compelling content across all channels including mobile app, website, social media, marketing materials, infographics or videos. You will determine the optimal content formats to amplify our brand voice, drive user engagement and generate qualified leads that fuel our growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in meetings with management and team members to identify business objectives and learn more about company products and creating content to meet those objectives within a given time frame.
- Research and stay up to date on the latest developments in terms of search engine optimization, content trends and consumer behaviour.
- Plan the editorial calendar and proposition of content that supports community building and engagement.
- Work with editors, marketers, graphic designers and other team members to produce content that are aligned with business goals.
- Stay up to date with the industry trends and algorithm changes affecting content and marketing directly or indirectly.
- Use the understanding of SEO, keyword search, information architecture and usability best practices to deliver targeted content.
- Guide the team for SEO optimisation, video editing and graphic design to make it user and search-engine friendly.
- Oversee the development and launch of new content channels.
- Create frameworks for how content should be structured, formatted and organised.
- Ensure consistency across all content, from websites to social media channels and videos.
- Develop and study essential KPIs and metrics of content performance by working collaboratively with the data team.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, strategy building and content marketing, ideally in the healthcare, e-commerce or in tech industryA flexible and results-oriented individual with a “get it done” attitude, who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable taking initiative.
- Understanding of online community dynamics and experience in developing content that fosters engagement.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for trends and design.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data insights to refine strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related field.
Pay: $4,800.00 - $6,100.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
