**Position Overview**

As a marketer, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s presence and driving customer acquisition. You will spearhead the effort in increasing brand visibility, boosting user engagement and generating qualified leads that contribute directly to revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, user acquisition and engagement.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of digital marketing and brand campaign executions (ATL/BTL), ensuring optimization across all channels for maximum effectiveness.
- Create editorial and content creation calendars for various marketing channels - company website, social media and newsletter.
- Work with Content team to create compelling content (e.g. articles, social media content, website, videos etc) that resonates with target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Products, Business Development, Content Strategist) to ensure alignment on campaign goals and objectives.
- Produce and organise promotional events or activities to enhance brand visibility and market engagement.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to track trends, measure brand awareness and monitor competitive actions.
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI and revenue goals while adhering to budget constraints.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on campaign progress, performance and operational efficiency.
- Initiate and manage surveys to understand customer sentiments and build customer loyalty.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B2C or B2C marketing, specialising in campaign management, ideally in the healthcare, e-commerce or in tech industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- A flexible and results-oriented individual with a “get it done” attitude, who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable taking initiative.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including the ability to collaborate effectively both within and outside of organisation.

- Creative and resourceful mindset, with a passion for creating value-driven, user-centered content and experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications or a related field.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,900.00 per month
