**Responsibilities**:
Corporate Communications
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to promote our mission, programmes, and events.
- Create engaging content across multiple platforms, including press releases, social media, website, and annual reports.
- Manage public relations and manage media and public enquiries.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality messaging.

Fundraising
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies and donor engagement events in collaboration with the Board.
- Identify and cultivate relationships new donors, including corporate sponsors, and grant-making organisations.
- Write compelling grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and donor communications.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date donor database and stewardship records.

Corporate Governance Responsibilities
- Prepare board papers, presentations, and progress reports for Board and committee meetings

**Requirements**:

- A strong communicator and strategist with a passion for purpose-driven work.
- Experienced and effective in corporate communications, fundraising, or a related role, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative leader with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
