**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the charge in developing and executing innovative sales strategies to drive business growth, surpass targets, and maximize revenue potential.
- Motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Embrace technology and leverage our state-of-the-art fintech solutions to deliver exceptional loan experiences to our valued clients.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring loan solutions to exceed expectations.
- Stay ahead of the curve by closely monitoring market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to position our company as an industry leader.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders, including credit, marketing, and technology teams, to ensure seamless loan processing and exceptional service delivery.
- Champion a customer-centric mindset, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, professional, and reflective of our brand promise.
- Deliver insightful sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven success in driving sales, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry, ideally with a focus on loans.
- A natural leader with a track record of building and inspiring high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, seize opportunities, and devise effective sales strategies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Results-driven with a growth mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Agile and adaptable, with ability to multi-task and cope well under pressure
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
