Sales Talent Opportunity: Drive FMCG Growth with Key Accounts
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major retail chains, supermarkets, and distributors.
- Identify and seize sales opportunities for product placement across various channels (supermarkets, retail, pharmacy chains, etc.).
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability.
- Track sales performance, market trends, and competitors to refine strategies.
- Meet monthly sales targets and collaborate with internal teams to optimize distribution and merchandising.
- Ensure product availability and address supply chain challenges promptly.
Scope:
- Manage major FMCG retail accounts (e.g., CMM, FP NTUC, DFI).
- Develop account-specific business plans and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Implement promotional campaigns and trade marketing strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of FMCG key account management experience, with Modern Trade expertise.
- Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
- Strong sales data analysis, category management, and trade marketing proficiency.
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations.
- Independent, adaptable, and driven in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
