The Cocoa Trees, the retail outlets of Focus Network Agencies (S) Pte Ltd, was established in 2000 in Singapore. Today, The Cocoa Trees is Asia Pacific’s leading confectionery and snacks retailer in both downtown and travel retail with presence in Singapore, Malaysia, China and Taiwan.
We are currently looking for a Key Account Executive, responsible for maintaining, developing and driving Key Account strategy to drive sales and expand market share of supermarkets.
**The Job**:
Develop Key Account strategy to achieve channel KPIs
Together with the Sales Manager, deliver the sales and profit targets for designated key accounts
Establish ongoing good business relationships with major account buyers
Work with the Marketing team to formulate and implement effective sales strategy and promotion plans for key accounts: develop, present and execute plan, sales and promotions, negotiation of trading terms
Review and analyse sales growth and address gaps
Manage and motivate a team of Field Sales merchandisers
Roll-out best in class displays & planogram best practices
**The Person**:
Fast learner, quick thinker, and passionate about sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
At least 2 years sales experience
Possess own vehicle
