In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Design the required payment features or payment products for TikTok's cross-border business in different markets;
2. Provide payment solutions for business to comply with local compliance requirements in different regions timely and efficiently;
3. Responsible for user payment experience, designing payment processes that conform to local market habits, and ensuring high levels of payment conversions.
**Qualifications**:
1. Familiar with the payment industry, with about 3-5 years of experience in acquiring, disbursement or payment channel products;
2. Familiar with European, American, Middle East or South East Asia payment markets;
3. Data Analysis ability, able to identify problems through data;
4. Channel Product Operation Experience in Payment Companies is a plus;
5. Good communication skills and effectively collaborate with multiple teams to achieve goals;
6. Ability to communicate effectively in English as a working language
