About the Team The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries. Our LIVE Traffic & Ecosystem team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. **Responsibilities**: 1. Responsible for TikTok LIVE relationship product features and strategic designing, mainly including optimization of main relationship building, relationship distribution and relationship management. Through the growth of high value relationship scale, the amplification of long-term relationship value, and ultimately leads to the growth of core metrics of LIVE, enhancing the long-term ceiling value of LIVE format. 2. Deeply understand business logic, from the perspective of both users and hosts, clear the value of relationships at different stages of LIVE business development, understand the value chain path of relationship roles to users and hosts, formulate business plans and product designs based on the value chain path, output executable solutions and promote implementation. 3. In addition to the followership of hosts and fans, also responsible for researching social relationship-based gameplay and communication methods. By constructing innovative gameplay or communication methods by social relationships, enhancing the recognition of LIVE, promotes the acceptance of LIVE carriers by a larger group **Qualifications**: - Prior relevant experience in user-side product management, including experience in platform and strategic product backgrounds, with a preference for experience in traffic strategy and creator strategy, possess both product feature design and strategic capabilities. - Possess excellent product design and business understanding skills. Capable of identifying and driving solutions to problems through data or processes. - Strong logical thinking skills, strong user insight, able to effectively communicate key issues in cross-team collaborations and drive implementation. - Demonstrated project management and ability to handle pressure.
