Tiktok Live Monetization Strategy

1. As one of the core groups in TikTok Monetization Office, team is responsible for monetization strategy & operations for TikTok LIVE, a business with strong momentum and great potential

2. This role will be interacting closely with Product and Operations teams at both HQ & local markets to understand external & internal dynamics, shape strategic direction, and implement key initiatives to drive sustainable growth

3. The ultimate objective for this role is to support business decision making and ensure commercial success. Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to qualitative research, quantitative analysis, tracking & reporting, commercial term design, new project incubation & implementation, cross-functional orchestration, etc.

**Requirements**:
1. 3-6 years of strategic and analytical experience at leading internet companies or consulting / research / investment firms with practical mindset and strong problem solving capabilities

2. Passionate about global online pan-entertainment industries (e.g. live streaming, social, gaming...), first-hand experience is a plus

3. Deep thinker with sharp mind and curiosity

4. Strong quantitative skills, proficiency with SQL is a plus

5. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, solid overseas study or work experience is a must

6. Excellent communication skills, can effectively handle cross-team collaboration, highly responsible, independent and resilient

7. Prior experience as team manager is a plus
