About the Team
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payment Wallet Clearing and Settlement Product Manager to join our team. As the Payment Wallet Clearing and Settlement Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development, enhancement, and success of TikTok's platform clearing and settlement processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, risk management, and finance, to drive the product roadmap, improve operational efficiency, and deliver innovative clearing and settlement solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the clearing and settlement processes within our money platform, aligned with the company's vision and goals.
2. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify user needs, industry trends, and opportunities for innovation in payout clearing and settlement.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features, enhancements, and integrations for the payout clearing and settlement processes.
4. Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications, ensuring clear communication to the development team.
5. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the successful implementation of clearing and settlement features and deliver high-quality solutions.
6. Define key performance indicators and success metrics for the clearing and settlement processes, regularly monitoring and analyzing these metrics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Collaborate with the operations team to optimize clearing and settlement processes, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
8. Work closely with risk management and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices in clearing and settlement activities.
9. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of transactions and settlement funds.
10. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in payment clearing and settlement, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
11. Manage relationships with payment processors, acquirers, and financial partners to integrate new features, enhance connectivity, and improve overall clearing and settlement capabilities.
12. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts align with business objectives and deliver value to users.
13. Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
14. Prepare and present product updates, performance reports, and business cases for stakeholders and executive leadership.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business, computer science) is required. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically in managing payment wallet products or financial services products with a focus on clearing and settlement.
- Strong understanding of payment clearing and settlement processes, financial reconciliation, and industry best practices.
- Experience in defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps, with a track record of successful product launches and enhancements.
- Knowledge of payment industry regulations, payment processors, and financial networks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product improvements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in payment clearing and settlement.
- Familiarity with payment processing protocols, security standards, and regulatory compliance in the financial services industry is a plus.
