Manage the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, acting as a liason to support product positioning and customer demand ;
Responsible for product design, user/market research, requirements analysis, project management ;
Responsible for following up the requirements development trip, coordinating the design, development, testing, and server-side resources;
Monitor product data, provide customer support, improve overall product user satisfaction, and analyze and statistical data ;
Follow up product process management, quality control, team collaboration, to ensure stable product iteration;
Responsible for the support of product post-implementation documents, including product leaflets, manual training PPT;
Align different teams involved in the development and launching of products based on clear objectives and requirements;
Proactively solve problems and take part in a rational decision making process.
