Product Marketing Manager, Vertical Solutions

TikTok seeks an experienced product marketing professional with a background in digital advertising product marketing to lead the go-to-market for TikTok monetization products and play a pivotal role in influencing the development of the commercial product roadmap. Sitting as part of the APAC Vertical Solutions & Platform team in the Product Strategy & Operations organisation, the role involves close collaboration with both sales, markets and product teams in a high growth environment. An ability to self-motivate, prioritise and influence partners are key skills. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for TikTok monetization products focused on auction-based Vertical Solutions and Platform ad products, such as Commerce Ads, Financial Services vertical and Business Center platform;
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives to drive adoption of key products and solutions;
- Analyze, evaluate and synthesize market opportunities and customer problems with data driven insights to inform product strategy and roadmaps;
- Responsible for market-fit of TikTok’s digital Vertical Solutions and Platform ad products in APAC;
- Build the communication bridge between APAC and global teams, lead project management and cross-functional collaboration for product planning and launch;
- Be the voice of APAC as expert on digital media landscape, specific to Vertical Solutions and Platform, to markets and global teams alike;
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy or product management or relevant experience (partnered with product management and/or engineering to represent market);
- Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and taking internet products through the full lifecycle;
- Familiar with APAC Internet & digital advertising or have had experience in either digital advertising agency or digital marketing;
- Fluency in English is a must, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Commercial mindset with experience building data-driven business cases to drive strategic product and business investments;
- Ability to build project plans and collaborate with team to ensure execution.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Physically based in Singapore preferred;
- Prior experience in Financial Services and Commerce verticals.
