About the Team
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.

We are looking for Partner Product Manager to join our TikTok Shopping (TTS) team. As a partner product manager, you will be responsible for collection of users' requirements and partner product design and provide our target users/clients with product solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify users' pain-points, requirements, and product opportunities, define product problems and drive product solutions to build a bridge between the TTS ecosystem and external partners.
- Improve partners' experience by optimizing the TTS partner products (Partner Center, Service Market, Open Platform etc) features continually, and help partners provide better services for TTS merchants and creators.
- Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational goals.
- Define clear and precise data metrics to best represent the business performance and adjust partner product solutions dynamically.
- 5+ years of internet product management or related industry experience.
- Excellent in using product design tools and office tools (Figma, Axure, office etc), and Excellent in data analysis.
- Strong leadership, excellent in communication and project management.
- Experience in international and multi-language content products is preferred.
- Experience in open platform or partner facing products is highly preferred.
