Job Description
You will be working with the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Learning & Development team on training administration and staff welfare matters.
**Responsibilities**:- Assist in maintaining course catalog- Monitor Corporate Pass bot process and manually issue Corporate Passes when required- Upload Special Offers for staff on the company intranet- Arrange for wreaths or get-well gifts when required- Assist in conducting reference checks- Onboarding and offboarding of temp staff- Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned
Requirements- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines- Proficient in using Microsoft Office- Detail-oriented and meticulous
