Job summary
We have an opening for a Program Manager to support the Regional Public Sector Independent Software Vendor (ISV) business. This role presents an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mindshare and adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) amongst ISVs in the public sector.
In this role, you will be focused on accelerating growth with our ISV partners, through working with the AWS Partner Network team and ISV Partner leaders to build and experiment with region-wide go-to-market strategies and scale best practices.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and mature mechanisms to deeply understand customer and partner needs, gaps, and opportunities
- Create a framework to prioritize and scale GTM support across our ISV database
- Enable and engage AWS field sales teams on ISV solutions, and relevant programs
- Operationalize ISV programs in region including program recruitment, adoption, reporting, feature roadmap, and problem resolution
- Build and execute a communications strategy to stakeholders including ownership of business cadence
- Provide feedback to global teams on partner programs relevant to ISVs

The Regional ISV Team (Public Sector) provides named co-sell support for strategic ISV partners. We work backwards from the unique needs of each Partner to create the right approach for each partner. Our goal is to be our ISV's best co-selling partner, period.

- ISV GTM experience, specifically in joint GTM programs, sales resource, GTM strategy related projects
- Familiarity with AWS, cloud architecture, and/or SaaS
- Exceptional financial and business acumen, experience in providing data driven recommendations to senior sales leadership.
