We’re seeking an effective Chief Commercial Officer to build the commercial and financial business for BillionBricks. If you have extensive experience building businesses, spearheading commercial growth and closing strategic deals in developing markets - this job is for you
- Build and manage commercial strategy, roadmap and tools to deliver business growth and profitability
- Collaborate with the CEO on corporate development and global business strategy
- Drive all sales and leadership activities to ensure growth of existing markets and guide further expansion into new markets
- Build sales pipeline and uncover new pathways to growth

Structure project deals with value creation for every stakeholder
- Lead the development of processes and tools for commercial product roadmaps
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on developing and executing strategic priorities
- Develop accounts by engaging existing partners and developing new, scalable partners
- Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive and ROI analysis, strategies, and tactics
- Ensure coordination, performance, strategy and alignment of all departments
- Serves as a key communicator through both verbal and written communications
- Build and develop teams that can scale while delivering excellence

Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of working experience in commercial/ strategic development role
- Degree or MBA in Finance, Business, Investment or related disciplines is preferred but not essential
- Experience in infrastructure development (projects above USD 50 million preferred)
- Experience with fundraising through banks or private equity and with infrastructure and international development funds
- Proven experience in developing and executing business strategy
- Significant general management and P&L experience
- Inspirational leadership style with a hands-on approach
- Proactive, self-starter and able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
