To drive our global growth we are creating a new Executive level role in our leadership team with the new Chief Commercial Officer. This role is intended to lead all commercial activities globally. The new role will have overall responsibility for Pomelo’s Commercial strategy and its implementation as well as the hiring and development of the Sales team. The successful candidate will lead the revenue generation strategy and execution as well as manage the entire sales and marketing process. The role will propose sales targets and have the responsibility to deliver the agreed revenue. The individual will be a thought leader in the Payments ecosystem, with a drive to disrupt the current market. The successful candidate will possess solid communication skills, take ownership of issues and be accountable for outcomes with clients.
