**About the team**
Information Technology - Digital Workspace - Our Tech and Security teams keep us moving each day, no matter where we are in the world. From the hardware to the networks and everything between, they humbly make it all happen.
- Help define, implement and govern a ‘Best in Class’ Global End User Compute IT Asset Management program that includes laptops, desktop, mobility, video teleconferencing and printing environments.
- Work with both internal colleagues and external global partners to deliver consistent and scalable solutions to meet Worldpay demands and needs.

**What you’ll own**
- Work to create and rollout a Global IT Asset Management program across End User Compute assets and peripherals
- Define and implement a flawless IT Onboarding experience for future Worldpayers
- Ensure vendors and partners deliver consistent and scalable solutions
- Partner with an internal team on ITSM capabilities within the End User Compute space
- Create and leverage data and reporting to measure the End User Compute IT Asset Management program
- Other related duties as assigned.

**What you bring**
- A solid and demonstrated understanding of Hardware and Software Asset Management, including process design, implementation, documentation and creating reporting to measure process effectiveness and efficiency.
- A broad understanding of data and the ability to use it to measure/drive business decisions.
- A focus on documentation, building from scratch, which will include creation of SOPs, PPTX and Visio flows.
- Be able to break down complex problems and work through ambiguity to deliver on Worldpay needs.
- Partner across both internal and external teams to deliver a ‘Best in Class’ IT Asset Management program.
