**About the team**
Payouts is a ~$1T revenue market globally as of 2024 and is expected to grow at high-single digits over the next 5 years. We are looking for an Associate Director who is ready to take the lead on deepening our relationships with our APAC customers with our Payouts offering.

**What you’ll own**

As an Associate Director in Worldpay’s Payouts Commercialization team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s global growth by commercializing Payouts, a key revenue driver for Worldpay, across APAC.

You will work at the intersection of technical expertise and commercial acumen to drive our go-to-market efforts and enable Worldpay’s Sales teams to effectively sell our solution to existing & new customers across APAC.

This position requires a strong understanding of payments.

**Sales Enablement**:

- Plan, manage and drive all sales enablement efforts both internally (e.g., developing dynamic, transparent pricing strategies & conducting trainings) and externally (e.g., representing Worldpay in customer meetings & at industry events)
- Develop new & creative strategies when approaching go-to-market & sales enablement.
- Join strategic customer engagements to act as the Payouts product expert
- Enable our Sales team to effectively sell Payouts by providing technical expertise and sales support
- Drive initiatives to ensure operational readiness to sell Payouts in APAC
- Develop sales collateral, training materials, provide bespoke support on deals, work on marketing & PR campaigns in partnership with Worldpay’s Marketing team
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate the Sales team on the product, features and market-specific considerations

**Relationship Management**:

- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Collaborate with Worldpay’s Product, Sales, Financial & Network Partnerships teams to identify new opportunities and grow revenue for this product
- Act as a key stakeholder in discussions with Worldpay’s Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk & Credit teams
- Represent Worldpay at industry conferences, events and meetings to promote our Payouts solution.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Grow pipeline by developing sales strategies, identifying new opportunities and building target lists
- Ensure ongoing tracking and reporting of pipeline, including understanding & analyzing why deals are won & lost
- Contribute to developing dynamic & competitive pricing strategies using industry experience

**Product Support**:

- Gather customer & Sales team feedback on the product and share this back to Worldpay’s Product team.
- Work closely with Product & Sales to define technical roadmaps and ensure open communication with Sales on roadmaps & strategy

**Market Analysis**:

- Evaluate market readiness and potential demand for Worldpay’s Payouts product in new target markets & verticals
- Identify, research and evaluate new business opportunities and market initiatives in the Payouts space
- Bring expertise & act as a key contributor in producing recommendations to the business
- Identify market trends, regulatory landscapes and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential feature enhancements and market expansion of Worldpay’s Payouts product

**What you bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Thorough knowledge of payments and/or the payouts space specifically
- Proven experience (6+ years) in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the global payments landscape
- Technical proficiency and ability to understand complex technical concepts and product functionalities
- Demonstrated ability to balance technical and commercial considerations when making strategic decisions
- Experience in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and evaluating new market opportunities
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving
