Join the world of payments as a Client Success Manager APAC at Worldpay . This role is part of our expanding International Merchant Solutions division, working with high-growth verticals such as digital content, retail, airlines, crypto, regulated gambling, and travel. About the Team Our Customer Experience team drives the success of our enterprise clients across APAC, ensuring consistent, high‐quality service and fostering long‐term partnerships. What You'll Own as the Client Success Manager As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary liaison for the service side of the client relationship, managing ongoing relationships, escalations, project oversight, and service delivery. Ensure a positive and consistent relationship for an assigned portfolio of large enterprise clients. Serve as primary point of contact to support problem resolution and ensure client retention. Develop strong working relationships with assigned clients and internal Worldpay resources. Collaborate effectively with your team and internal stakeholders, improving and challenging existing internal processes for the benefit of the customer. Identify opportunities to grow our clients' share of wallet through cross‐sell of value‐added services. Coordinate with clients, relationship managers, and other relevant areas to ensure clients are properly serviced and all operational arrangements are in place. Other related duties assigned as needed. What You'll Bring The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, both internally and externally. Strong organizational and time‐management skills. Broad knowledge of Worldpay products and related services. A strong aptitude for analysing and solving problems.
