**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Head of Sales
- Responsible for managing sales team
- Responsible for the development of new accounts and business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with client portfolio.
- Accounting for delivering sales volume profitability and meeting target sales objectives.
- Work on proposals/projects tailored to both new and key existing clients.
- Oversee all aspects of projects, coordinate and complete projects on time within budget and within scope.
- Plan and execute marketing proposals.
- Initiate and implement sales and promotional strategies.
- Monitor and provide market information, feedback on competitor’s activities and industry trends.
- Provide regular sales reports.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Presentation and communication skills
- Good inter-personal skills
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Results-driven with great commercial acumen
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, negotiations and presentation skills
- Independent employee and able to work under pressure and problems solving
- Passion or Knowledge in Fragrance, Cosmetics or Skincare brands and products preferred.
