If you have experience in handling daily accounting functions, monthly and annual reporting, and possess proficiency in accounting software, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**

**Daily Responsibilities**
- Timely preparation of daily accounting functions including invoicing, AR aging, and daily bank reconciliation.
- Recording of accrued expenses.
- Handling HR admin matters such as renewal of employment passes.

**Monthly Responsibilities**
- Timely preparation of monthly reports, account closings, and reconciliations (AP, AR, general ledger, taxes).
- Review and process monthly statement claims.
- Preparation of month-end payment vouchers.

**Quarterly Responsibilities**
- Perform quarterly GST Tax Filing (GST F5).

**Annual Responsibilities**
- Liaise with external accountants/corporate secretaries and auditor to ensure correct and timely preparation and submission of year-end management accounts.
- Prepare annual tax filings, Estimated Chargeable Income.

**Requirements**:
**Knowledge**
- Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero.
- Ability to handle the entire set of management accounts independently.
- CPA/ACCA professional accreditation.
- Degree in Accounting.

**Skills**
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient analytical skills.
- Strong affinity for numbers.
- Have at least 1 year experience of managing a full set of accounts

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
