We are a Building and Interior Works firm on the path of improvement and growth. We are inviting an experienced and visionary individual to join our fast expansion team as **Senior Project Manager**. In this role, you will play a critical role to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, aligning with company goals.
- **Leadership**: Manage cross-functional project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Oversee project progress, providing regular updates to senior management team and addressing any deviations from the plans.
- **Budget Oversight**: Monitor project financials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a strong focus on healthcare-related A&A projects and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multiple construction projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong communication, financial acumen and budgeting skills

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $7,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
