Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic accounting firm in Singapore. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive accounting services. Your responsibilities will encompass preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with tax preparation, and ensuring accurate financial records.

**Responsibilities**:
Financial Statement Preparation: Accurately prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and statements of cash flows, adhering to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
Analyze financial data and prepare reports to provide insights into business performance and financial health.

Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Efficiently manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate recordkeeping.
Monitor accounts receivable balances and implement strategies to minimize bad debt.
Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to maintain accurate financial records.

Tax Preparation and Compliance:Assist with tax preparation, ensuring compliance with Singapore tax regulations.

Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate income tax (CIT) and Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Stay updated on tax laws, amendments, and compliance requirements.

Financial Recordkeeping and Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and supporting documentation.
Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Conduct regular account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial records.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Education and Professional Certification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field from a recognized university.
Professional accounting qualification, such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Experience and Technical Skills: Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an accounting firm setting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.

**Salary**: $2,620.92 - $5,993.93 per month
