Accounts Assistant

**Job description**
- Verify vendors' invoices and update into system
- Preparation of Journal Entries and updating of system
- Process cheque payments
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts
- Preparation of Audit schedules
- Assist in management and financial reports
- Evaluate and ensure continual improvement in operational efficiency, cost effectiveness and internal controls.
- Any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management
**Job requirements**
- Professional Certificate / NITEC / Diploma in Business/Accounting
- Independent, efficient and meticulous
- Minimum 1 year of accounts experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & preferably familiar with Navision.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Singaporeans only
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate, Student job
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
