**JOB PURPOSE**

To take on various Finance and Accounting duties, as well as to assist in Management Accounting functions.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring that all Sales and Delivery orders are properly verified and managed
- Promptly submit all inbound Invoices for payment
- Performing checks for all outbound Invoices and promptly issuance to customers
- Checking of all Accounts Receivables are promptly collected and to take corrective action otherwise
- Assisting in report generation and analysis for the Sales and Merchandising teams
- Any tasks as and when assigned by line manager

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- 1 year relevant accounts experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office functions (especially MS Excel)
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and step out of existing job scope when required
- Singaporeans only

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
