- Lyn Thum- APAC Associate Director A leading private equity firm with a focus on buyout opportunities across various sectors has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional. The firm is expanding its investment portfolio, particularly in Southeast Asia. As part of this strategic growth, a newly created position for an Investor Relations Associate/Senior Associate based in Singapore has emerged.

**Role and Responsibilities**

In this new role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and drive the firm's fundraising initiatives for various types of funds. Your responsibilities will include:

- Facilitating the development of new limited partnerships (LPs), organizing LP meetings and roadshows, and overseeing the due diligence process.
- Prepare marketing materials and investment memos, LPAs, side letters, reports, and other relevant documents in both English and Mandarin
- Negotiating legal documents and managing the investor subscription process.
- Collaborating with various teams, including fund formation lawyers, fund administrators, accountants, and other service providers.
- Maintaining new and existing LP relationships Participating in the preparation of quarterly reports, capital calls, and addressing LP inquiries.
- Overseeing post-investment portfolio management and organizing LP events such as Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and seminars.

**Qualifications**
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) or Investment Banking Division (IBD)
- Prior work experience in leading Chinese or international financial institutions, particularly in investment banking, private equity/venture capital, asset management, or as a placement agent
- Experience in placement agent roles or in investor relations for USD funds is highly preferable
- Comfortable with managing paperwork effectively
