Astignes Capital is an Asia-focused alternative investment management firm based in Singapore. Our investment strategy aims to capture macro and relative value opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region primarily through the use of interest rates, FX and volatility instruments. The firm launched its flagship Asia Rates fund in 2007.

We are looking to hire an Investor Relations Associate.

**Responsibilities**
- Support investor communication and relationship management activities
- Assist in preparing periodic investor reports and performance updates
- Handle ad-hoc information requests from current and prospective investors
- Update and maintain presentations and investor materials
- Coordinate investor meetings and manage follow-up communications
- Assist with investor due diligence processes and documentation
- Support the preparation and distribution of fund updates and newsletters
- Help maintain the investor database and contact management system
- Collaborate with investment and operations teams to gather accurate information

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Communications or other related field
- 0-3 years' experience in investor relations, client services, or related field in financial services
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with alternative investments and in particular, hedge funds, is preferred
- Experience with CRM systems and investor database management is advantageous but not required
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Willingness to take ownership of work, working both independently and within a small team
