**About the role
Recently, we’ve experienced an exciting period of growth across the firm, as we look to invest in and support the most ambitious founders in the Asia-Pacific region. As our own ambition continues to grow as a firm, we are looking to build out a dedicated function that can expand our network of limited partners, as well as engage and build long-term relationships with our existing limited partners.

We are now looking to hire an Investor Relations Associate to join our firm and this team. This role will be foundational in nature, and you will have the opportunity to work alongside the firm’s leadership (as well as an experienced Head of Investor Relations).

The right person for this role is not just bright and extremely motivated but ultimately is “comfortable with the uncomfortable”. We are moving quickly as a firm and the ability to move at pace will be important. Given the external-facing nature of this role, we are looking for someone who is “low-ego, high integrity”, demonstrates grit and a “get-it-done” attitude as well as having the ability to communicate our firm’s mission and vision.

**Role responsibilities**
- Maintain our investor database, including primary responsibility for our investor-facing CRM (we use Affinity).
- Partner with our Head of Data and Reporting to prepare and maintain investor communication materials, including investor reporting, presentations and pitch decks.
- Support ongoing due diligence processes from institutional investors, including preparation of due diligence questionnaires.
- Continue to build a view of the institutional investment landscape in the Asia-Pacific region to broaden the firm’s investor reach.
- Help own the production of investor-facing materials that articulate the firm’s vision and mission.
- Support end-to-end management of fundraising processes alongside our Heads of Legal and Finance (including diversified fund vintages, plus special purpose vehicles).
- Plan and support the preparation and organization of investor relations events throughout the year (including our Annual General Meeting as well as quarterly engagement sessions).
- Relationship management of existing investors, ensuring timely responses to all investor queries.

**What we’re looking for**
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree, with a preference for a degree with an analytical discipline (i.e. Business, Finance, Engineering).
- Investor-oriented with very strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of comfort in preparing presentations and documents that are external-facing
- Comfortable in collecting information from cross-functional teams to respond to investor queries and push forward due diligence processes.
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and outstanding quality of work.
- High proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, plus ability to spool up on new systems.
- A strong desire to integrate with the technology and startup community in the broader Asia Pacific region.
- Experience (during your period of study or professionally) of working with Australian investors would be viewed favourably.
