Queenstown, Singapore Global Freight Services Full time

Develop strong customer freight pipelines and achieve sales target
- Managing of accounts management activities, to effectively ensure customer retention and growth
- Develop strategic plans to achieve sales target and expand customer base
- To secure new business for the company and managing existing pool of accounts
- Driving the development of selected verticals, trade lanes and freight products
- To identify business opportunities in freight services, increase profitability and accelerate growth for the company through selling of integrated supply chain solutions
- Increase business community's awareness of the Company, for freight services offerings
- Stay updated of the market trend, and design creative solutions to anticipate and exceed customer's expectations
- Build strategic relationships with client stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with counterparts from overseas for leads and opportunities

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding Industry
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or other relevant studies
- Experience with business development and accounts management in Integrated Supply Chain Solutions with expertise level in freight services
- Self-driven to excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage customers at senior management level
- Good negotiation skills and value-based selling skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
