We are looking for a Business Development Manager (B2B) who is passionate about building sales practice from scratch and striking deals with startups, SMEs, and corporates to offer our upcoming YouTrip Business product, which provides the best payment experience for companies in Singapore.

**You will**:
- Pitch and sell YouTrip Business to target startups, SMEs, and corporates in Singapore
- As a founding Business Development team member, develop sales plan and sales processes from scratch in Singapore
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure requirements are being met and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with the Marketing team in quality lead generations and qualify leads
- Understand users’ needs and collaborate with Product colleagues to develop key features to help grow sales of the business
- Record all customer information and maintain detailed records, in the CRM on each prospective customer
- Lead, recruit and coach new Business Development Representatives in the future as the team expands
**You are**:
- **Experienced Sales Hunter - **You have racked up at least 4 years of experience in SaaS, banking, and/or fintech sales in Singapore. You do not take no for an answer in sales and always hunt for sales among your prospects. Experience in selling corporate cards in Singapore will be a plus.
- **Entrepreneurial self-starter - **You are passionate in starting things from scratch and being able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. You are not afraid to suggest and implement new processes and ideas to ensure the maximum chance of success for the business.
- **People Enthusiast - **As a founding team member of YouTrip Business, you are passionate about creating a people-oriented culture in the team and supporting in the future hiring and talent development for the YouTrip Business team.
- **Excellent and Transparent Communicator - **You are able to professionally interact with customers, with verbal and written communication, and produce analytically written and presentations for external and internal audiences. You are an open and transparent communicator and are not afraid to speak your mind
